libsonic0 software package provides Simple library to speed up or slow down speech, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsonic0
libsonic0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsonic0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsonic0 *
You will get with libsonic0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
